1) Monday 6:30pm - Dangan Running Track - Middle and long distance training; including speed and tempo sessions, long runs
2) Tuesday 7.30pm - Dangan Running Track- Training with GCH
3) Tuesday and Thursday 7.30pm- Dangan Sports Hall - Circuit Training including aerobic exercises, fitness, weights and core workout
4) Saturday 10am- Training with GCH at Dangan sportsground
1) Monday - Dangan Track- warmed up for 6pm
2) Wednseday - Dangan Track - 10AM
3) Thursday - Dangan Track- warmed up for 6pm
