About
NUIG Sailing Club is one of the most exciting clubs in Galway; although the club has been in existence for 32 years, recently it has seen a major rejuvenation.
Sailing out of Galway harbour with 300 members, NUIG SC is a great place to learn to sail, race - and party!, the club is one of the most active in the university, Add to this an intense social programme, excellent club facilities in the shape of our shed *cough*, six new Firefly sailboats and safety boat, full equipment, throw in four fantastic intervarsity events each year, training weekends… and you get a pretty impressive line-up,
