1) Monday and Thursday 6.30 pm - Dangan Running Track - Middle and long distance training; including speed and tempo sessions, long runs
2) Tuesday and Thursday 7pm- Dangan Sports Hall - Circuit Training including aerobic exercises, fitness, weights and core workout
